One method — assess, connect, structure, execute — applied across enterprise operations, live events, and personal health. Founded by Sarah Menichelli, over a decade of experience at a Fortune 500 company.
Every complicated situation has the same problem underneath it — an enterprise rollout with too many moving parts, a fully-booked event weekend, a body that's been in pain for years with no one looking at the whole picture. Nobody's connecting the dots.
I've spent my career being the person who does. I gather every piece of the story, notice what everyone else missed, and build something that actually holds up.
Each service stands on its own — but most complicated problems touch more than one at a time.

Nutrition therapy from a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist.
As a classically trained ballerina, I understood food as fuel long before I understood it as science. In college, when debilitating stomach pain started, food became something confusing and even frightening — I didn't understand the source of my own pain.
After school, I spent years executing fine dining events at some of New York's top venues, running flawless operations for other people while quietly running on very little myself. My body eventually made itself impossible to ignore.
I built a team of specialists and noticed a gap none of them filled: nobody was looking at the whole system.
So I went back to school, earned a Master's in Human Nutrition, and became a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist. What I learned wasn't just how to treat symptoms — it was a method: gather every piece of the story, find the pattern nobody else has connected, build a structure that actually works.
That same method is what I've spent over a decade applying at a Fortune 500 company, leading enterprise technology implementations and AI integrations that generated multi-million dollar measurable impact. Different domain, same instinct: find the gap, connect what's disconnected, build the structure that makes it hold.
Outside the corporate world, the method travels well. I've project-managed a full home renovation to a return of over $1M, coordinated emergency operations for the American Red Cross during hurricane response efforts, and organized community-building events close to home. Boardroom or backyard, disaster response or dinner party — it's the same discipline: assess the whole picture, then build the structure that holds.
